Journaling and listening to music.
It calms me down so much. Just putting all my thoughts together and writing it all down, letting everything out it therapy for me.
Music is just the best thing every. I can just close my eyes and imaging myself dancing while listening songs, (aka. BTS and pop girlies).
What do you guys do to unwind after a demanding day?
