I have an issue, I can’t sleep properly at all. Just a couple of days ago I didn’t sleep the whole night and worked until 8pm and then went to sleep at 11pm and woke up at 5am the next day.
I can’t sleep for some reason, so I have started doing a few things.
I start preparing for bed atleast 30mins before wher I would listen to calm music to try and calm myself and do stretching for 10-15 mins.
And then 10mins before bed I set my phone aside and close my eyes. And the next thing I know I am waking up in morning refreshed.
This is something that has been helping me alot.
